The Hotel das Rosas began its activities in 1986 in the city as a small hotel of 10 apartments in 1995 completed a new building with 44 apartments in 2013 gone through a complete modernization. The hotel has a swimming pool with kiosk, meeting room for 60 people,  working room with computer and printer, wireless Internet access in all hotel dependences, garage and laundry services.
